Virtual cooking demos to show you what eating healthy looks like without taking too much of your time to prepare.  On Your Trainer's plate also offers to take you shopping and show you what foods should be in your cart at checkout.

Your food is as original as your thumbprint.  A simple one hour consultation to figure out the right steps for you whether it be for weight loss or just overall good health.
